The Roots That Ground Us
At ViureNou, our roots are firmly grounded in our lived experiences as migrant women from the Global South. We have witnessed first-hand the inequalities and challenges of the migratory process, giving us a deep and authentic understanding of these realities.
We know the path — every step and every obstacle — and this drives us to accompany others with empathy and determination. We turn our own experiences into opportunities to create positive impact. From Barcelona, we use our collective power to contribute to the social fabric, inspiring change towards a more just and equitable society.
What Drives Us
Inspired by our strength and resilience as migrant women from the Global South, we transform our experiences into engines for change. With deep empathy for the inequalities we face, we build a solidarity network that promotes justice, equity, and inclusion from a feminist and intersectional perspective. United by the desire to challenge power structures and foster a more just society, we work collectively to create a more diverse future.
“Our strength and empathy, shaped by our lived experiences, inspire us to transform those experiences into tools for change.
Our Purpose
To drive social and economic transformation through solidarity and mutual care, contributing through our experiences and knowledge. We value the strength of Global South communities, who inspire us in the collective struggle for social justice.
Our Mission
To promote a feminist economy that challenges power structures and fosters the co-creation of projects that build a more equitable society, conscious of global inequalities.
Our Vision
We aspire to a world where decisions are made from an inclusive and feminist perspective, with full respect for diversity. We envision ourselves as a reference point in the territory we inhabit, forming part of a global network that promotes economic, social, and climate justice.
Our Values
We act with the conviction to break barriers, build bridges, and transform realities. We believe in the power of diversity, in making visible what others render invisible, and in building a community where every voice matters and every story counts.
