Our story
ViureNou was born from an encounter.
We started by observing something that seemed evident to us: the knowledge held by migrant women — knowledge of the body, of the neighborhood, of memory — was not recognized as legitimate knowledge. And we decided to create a space where it would be.
We began from the concrete: a garden, a workshop, a support circle. From there we built our own methodology based on lived experience, collective action and territory.
Today we are a multidisciplinary team that drives projects and support processes from feminism, the social economy and community sustainability. Our story is not closed — it continues to be written with every alliance and every process we accompany.
What moves us
We come from the Global South. We know firsthand the inequalities faced by migrant women — and we also know the strength that is built when we come together.
What inspires us is not the difficulty. It is resilience. The capacity to transform experiences into tools, to turn what is lived into knowledge, to weave networks where there was once loneliness.

We act with the conviction of breaking down barriers, building bridges and transforming realities. Not from above, not from outside — from within and among all of us.
Methodology
Our methodology does not come from an external manual. It is born from lived experiences and the bond with the territories we inhabit. We recognize the knowledge of women from diverse backgrounds as political and pedagogical resources capable of transforming realities.

Migrant activist and community builder with more than 20 years of experience in social, cultural and human rights projects. Driver of ecofeminist and community processes.
